Payments

 

To secure your order date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received.

Refunds

 

Refunds are only available if an error is made on my part. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.

Allergen Information

 

Please note that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, wheat, nuts, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify guests of any potential allergens.

Order Adjustments & Cancellations

 

I am more than happy to accommodate changes to your order if communicated at least two weeks before the due date. Some changes may incur additional fees. If the customer cancels an order, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling requests will be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Our Agreement

 

Review your invoice carefully for details like the event date, flavors, and design. Once payment is made, you agree to the order details, and I'll begin preparation. Any changes after payment cannot be guaranteed.

Treat Care Guidelines

  • Pickup/Delivery: I will provide guidelines for keeping your desserts in perfect condition.

  • Transportation: Use a flat surface in your car for transporting desserts safely.

  • Temperature: Keep desserts out of direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures. I am not     liable for any damage after the order leaves my care.
