Payments
To secure your order date, full payment is due at the time of ordering.

Your order will be confirmed once payment is received, ensuring all customers have an equal opportunity to reserve their desired date.

Refunds & Disclaimer
We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Please be aware that our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, wheat, nuts, and soy. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform guests of any potential allergens.

Order Changes (Cancellation, Postponement, Rescheduling)
If you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule your order with less than 2 weeks' notice, your retainer fee or full payment will be converted into a dessert credit. This credit is valid for one year and can be applied to any future order.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability.

Caring for Your Treats

Pickup/Delivery Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to store and handle your desserts to keep them in perfect condition.

Safe Transportation: Ensure that your treats are placed on a flat surface in your car (not on the seat) to avoid damage during travel.

Keep Cool: Please avoid exposing your desserts to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Once the treats leave our care, we are not responsible for any melting or damage.​

Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, notify us before making your final payment. Otherwise, we will proceed with the original details listed on your invoice.

Liability: Baked with Grace is not responsible for any damage or issues with your treats after they have been picked up or delivered.​
